Within British Columbia’s glacial climate and scenic beauty resides Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. The impressive 8,171 acres of accessible terrain is serviced by 37 lifts and the longest continuous lift system on the globe, Peak 2 Peak Gondola, which connects skiers and riders from Whistler to Blackcomb Mountains.
Whistler Blackcomb

Holding the title of North America’s largest resort, these two colossal mountains offer more than 200 marked trails that include in-bounds, backcountry, wide-open glaciers, powder-filled bowls, secluded glades and perfectly groomed trails. Freestylers will find six terrain parks that accommodate beginners to elite athletes, including a 22 foot super pipe. Averaging 462 inches of snowfall each year, there’s something for everyone at Whistler Blackcomb. And In October 2016, Vail Resorts announced their official acquisition of Whistler Blackcomb, which now makes Whistler a part of the Epic Ski Pass.
Opportunities are available for the following non-ski excursions: Zip Lining, Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, or Snow Shoeing. Helicopter, snow-cat, or backcountry skiing can also be arranged.
Whistler Village is a lively mix of off-hill action and amenities, folded into a pedestrian-only vibrant hub conveniently located directly at the base of the slopes of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Teeming with shops, restaurants, accommodations and day –to –day essentials, the Village anchors a year-round mountain.
For the third consecutive year, the SKI Magazine Resort Survey has named Whistler Blackcomb as the number one Overall Ski Resort in North America. Whistler Blackcomb has held this title four times in the last five years and has also consistently scored high for terrain variety, off-hill activities, lodging, and après ski.
